How the HECK do I get this program to stop querying me? I get queries sometimes two or three times a page--EVERY page of a site!
Looks familiar.... I went here well over a year ago. The content creators thought I was looney - things like 'why would anyone NOT like my wonderful content' and 'grow up, loser'. They apparently have fallen for the stuff.

I even emailed a few 'Flashed site' webmasters back in '99 or '00, many of them told me, I kid you not, 'Get Flash or Get lost'. Those old memories are rising yet again! I took their suggestion and left Interknot Exposer behind.

The problem is Internet Explorer with its 'All or nothing' attitude. You'd have to turn off ALL ActiveX controls, which is plain stupid. Or intentional, I can't tell.

Might I suggest, instead of purchasing a popup killer, try Opera as your browser. Opera is free, with advertisements in a fixed frame of the browser border; or you can pay for Opera and lose the ads.

If you try Opera, just realize that there are some legitimate webpage links that should popup a new window, and Opera will kill them as well. To get around that, just keep in mind that a click that does nothing might need popups turned on for a moment.
