Owes harddrives on a deal and never shipped, though he keeps promising to send them. Bounced back emails. Now it's the Paypal / family problems excuses...

Edit 11.20.2002: Victim receives his 3 drives in poorly packaged shipping box after waiting 6 weeks. One of the drives is dead and now victim must wait 10 days for RMA.
