Here's my theory...
YOGA
Yep, when you lift you tear the muscle and break it down. It then rebuilds bigger. But the muscle wants to be tight and hard.
Yoga, does just the opposite. It gently stretches the muscle and makes it more ply-able..

I think all lifters should do yoga, to avoid injury and have healthier muscles.
