I'm currently usuing Juno's $9.99 plan. It's unlimited access for only $10! It's fairly fast too! I usually get downloads of 4-5k a sec, and yesterday I had one of those freak things where it started at 7k and went up to 12k a sec, and stayed their for about 1 minute!
