CPU XP 2000+ Cooling Problem (temp too high)

Hi,

I have bought an XP 2000+ and I think that the temperature is too high; I use an Arctic Cooler Supersilent Pro and Arctic Silver 3 Thermal Paste. The temperature is with the case open, for idle 61 degrees Celsius, for 100% 71 degrees (air temperature 25 degrees); the motherboard temperature is 32 degrees.

With the case closed, all the temperatures are 10 degrees more.

I can mention, I tested the computer for totaly 3 hours.

Must I buy a new HS, or maybe the problem is not the HS? Can anyone help me with an advice?
