ok... my mom and I have come to a disagreement again about how to go about doing this.
I have sanded some of the walls, but there are some sections that I just don't know what to do with. In areas, the top layer of the drywall has come off (the layer that is sort of like paper) exposing what looks pretty much like cardboard. how should I fix this??
my plan was to:
1. sand the walls as close to even as I could
2. paint the entire area with a primer/sealer (specifically:
KILZ OriginaL, unless someone has a better suggestion)
3. paint with the nice paint
do i need to do anything special to the areas that have the top layer of drywall peeled away??
thoughts?
