im in the process of buying a new computer (p4 2.0Ghz) , i went with the p4 cause the price was the same as the amd xp2000+ and heard the OCing potential of the p4 NORTHWOOD was alot greater than the amd. so went back to my retailer and asked if the p4 chip i was planing on purchasing had a NORTHWOOD core, simple enough question you'd think, but after he discussed it with his co-workers they came to the conclusion that "they dont know". They told me they only use the most recent chip sets and the 2.0Ghz i was buying was actually a p4 2.0 A. so i guess my question is: is the P4 2.0 A a northwood core?
