Imapi has to do wit the internal CD burning program from win XP

Don't think that will help IMAPI is not needed, and since it is a DVD-ROM, you only need: cdrom.sys / redbook.sys/ storprop.dll
Same here and works fine.
Have you got Easy CD creator as your burning program by any chance?
