Hi Virus,
When I did mine I had to;
First change the settings for windows to use the basic vga driver,
Then:

1. remove the AGP card,
2. verify in bios that pci card is set as primary or on,
3. Install the pci drivers, and verify(important) you have no problems/errors,
4.Once you are sure that you have a stable machine, THEN,
5. install the AGP card, XP should note this when you boot up and ask you to provide the drivers
Im a bit hazy on the small details because its been a couple of months since I did this.
