I was told that this is probably the best place on the net to ask questions related to this kinda stuff...I hope so because I'm ready to tear out my hair...So, here's my problem...

I just bought a Belkin 4port DSL Gateway Router to network my puters at home...The thing works great...for the most part...but today, when I tried to access my ftp server from work and I couldn't... the connection wasn't allowed...So I called Belkin's techsupport and they told me to set the virtual server properties to allow it to be accessed through the firewall...problem is, they couldn't/wouldn't tell me how to go about setting it up...So I was hoping that maybe someone here would be able to give me a hand in figuring this out...Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
