no offense to bopper but maybe people are drawing conclusions from the hardware that made gateway famous

lol telepath modems (did anyone get one to work?)

the crystal scan monitor (omg what junk)

the number nine cards that weren't (anyone remember that? cost gateway millions in lawsuits)

the anniversary cases that weren't (again cost gateway millions in lawsuits)

the list goes on and on and so do the lawsuits

financially speaking dell is doing better why would that be ??? if gateway is so great??

i think the opinion of techs that work on both products would be more indicative that dell is a superior product.

i think the opinion of a tech that works for gateway would be biased towards their products and i am sure the company is grateful someone needs to believe it

by the way is gateway still subcontracting their tech support to call centers?
