yeh - i had it- was my customers box - he admitted to using visual basic tools to play with the bars and make custom toolbars - after 30 hours of playing with the toolsbars and the like--
solution - reinstall - of the whole thing - but the tool bars are not located in the reinstall - I think they are shared in the opsys - reason I say this is that as it was loading I saw references to the files flashing by and the path was to the sys - not the winword folder - I made about a buck and hour on that one!
if you figure out another way post it cause the way this guy comes back for warrenty work - I figure I better have a quick solution. - wiz
