I know I have resolved this problem before, but I don't recall what I did to resolve it. What I do recall is that preliminary measures such as "repair/restore" and "reinstall" fail to work.

Every so often I have a user who somehow hides the menu bar within MS Word 2000. (For those who are uncertain of what I mean bey "menu bar" I mean the bar at the top of the application with drop down menus such as "File" "Edit" "View" "Insert" "Format" "Tools" "Tables" "Windows" and "Help.")

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
