I think I gave Durnelltech a negative eval about a year ago, but I can't seem to find it with the new HeatWare. He's one of the few people I ever had a problem with. As I recall, I sent him a SCSI drive which he claimed didn't work. I sent him a USB drive worth more than the SCSI drive as a replacement and asked him to return the SCSI drive. Not long after I sent him the USB drive, I noticed that he had sold it at anands. It took a couple of months for him to finally return the SCSI drive, at which time he said that he found out that it really did work, he just didn't have the right drivers loaded or something.
