Ubid is just so..so..You take your chances. For instance I just bid & won a HP Slimline that was advertised as having a wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, wifi and speakers. I got the PC and much to my surprise/mostly not, the PC had NONE of the above listed items. Now I ask you? When you are bidding on an item wouldn't you increase your bid for the wireless options? I did and was very discouraged. I sent an email to their customer service which was totally ignored so I guess I am screwed. So if you bid and it lists these items use caution because the item probably does not include them.
ALSO watch the bidding. if you see the same bidder bidding on several items and increasing bids by a few bucks across the board it is probably someone they use/hired to get you to bid higher. There are 3 on there that I can easily see.
So legit or not? It is for you to decide.
