Back in September of 2010 I sent them money for a video card. In the latter part of October I recieved the video card but it was the wrong one that I ordered ( I ordered a PCI card and they sent me a AGP card). I sent it back to them, at out of pocket cost, and have recieved nothing since. After repeated attemps to contact them I went through the BBB in Costa Mesa, Ca. . That was the only way that I got a response from them. They tried to justify themselves but they coud`ent because I had every email that I recieved and sent. They emailed the BBB that they would give me a store credit that "was their policy". Here it is Febuary 5th and no store credit has been issued to me, evan after emailing them for it. It has been more than 5 months since this nightmare begain. I`ve rreported them to the Internet Fraud Division but I don`t have a lot of faith in this. Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. The only good reviews have to be from the people who either work for the company or the owners, which are probably both. These are facts that I have proof of, not just my opinion.
