I agree - don't order via them! I ordered a Pregnancy Pillow. I received it (suprise) but sent it back to them as it was not what I had in mind. I am now waiting for my money back since the last 4 weeks, my emails are not responded to and a telephone number can't be found. I finally got a number via BOOTS (believe it, they are supplying them and they think they are defi no fraud): 016 3343 0467. Of corse nobody picks up the phone (you can't leave a message neither... anyhow, that would be useless).
Very upset about this.
