And the
BBB report for NXSource.com (parent company) give a
B rating and shows only 7 complaints in the last 3 years. They have been a BBB Accredited business since 31OCT2007.

Of course it didn't ship on 26NOV. as that was Thanksgiving Day (a National Holiday) and most business' in the US were closed that day.
Weekends and Holidays do not count as 'Business Days', many business' are closed.
