APC Customer Service..

Call Technical Support for their backup products and they will lie to you. They'll ask for your telephone number to "call you back in case you're disconnected" but when I *was* disconnected, I received no call back. They also try to get your physical address. When I called yet again a 3rd time to file a CS complaint, they acted like they couldn't care less.

APC has lost a repeat customer. I'll find another company for my backup replacement needs.
