I am not sure about that statement, Megalos....In fact, when you find an excellent vendor not only do they set a very high standard, one is likely to stay with them...

This also puts them under an economic pressure to emulate this practice.

In the long term, B&F, does not work...Short term gains, for long term pain.

But I wouldn't put it entirely on NYC.
