Crimson, I do applaud you for your actions...

This companies get away with this nonsense, because most consumers simply grumble about it and then walk away...

Companies involved in unethical business practices, need to be boycotted or put out of business.

The AG should request a purchase order and if the Sony products where never order, they should be closed immediately...

This would end this type of chicanery....

Like I have said before, never buy from any merchant from NYC unless they have stellar reviews....
