my sentiments exactly. As a business owner i know what it is like to be both a consumer and business. Over the years i have learned that most consumer complaints are due to the consumers inability to read. Some are due to mistakes made by the business but most complaints can be averted by simply asking questions. A good portion of my time is wasted by proactively giving every customer frequently asked answers after the sale by email and voice because they dont want to ask prior to the sale.
