I purchased 2/07/207 a

XFX GF 8800GTX 768MB DDR3 DUAL DVI TV for $589 from Newegg

under the spec listed for the V/c it stated

Part & Labor

Life long Warranty

After 2 1/2 years the v/c crashed

XFX will NOT honor the advertised warranty.. with the following claims!

The warranty is voided because it was NOT registered within 30 days after purchase!

NOWHERE NOWHERE on any the their retailers websites where they offer

LIFELONG WARRANTY it it mentioned or printed that the warranty is only good with registering the v/c within 30 days after purchase.

to me that's

MANUFACTURERS FRAUD!
