more hi fi sound connection probs
about a month and a half ago I purchased a custom fit speaker box from hi fi sound connection. it was for a chevy avalanche fitted behind the rear seat. however it doesn't fit. I then contacted the commpany via email and told them about the prob. they acknowledged the prob, so I asked how I could get my money back. they told me that they didn't give refunds on enclossures. so if I wanted a box that didn't fit I would have given carpentry a stab. anyway I call the company and talk to this ben character in customer service. I tell him the prob and he says hell put me through to a manager. after being on hold for about 5 mins I get disconnected. thinking it was a accident I called back and got a message saying this mail box is full, goodbye. all day this went on. on three separate phones. they have failed to respond to my emails and still have mmy cash and im left with a unusable product. a defective or faulty or any other word that means im getting screwed. any body have any ideas let me know
