I am awaiting a refund from CyberpowerPC. Danny Lee actually tried to blackmail me. When I mentioned I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company for the shipping that he refused to refund, then he said if I was going to do that, he would not issue any refund at all. I will be updating my review (if it still exists...) after this mess is finally done.
It's really too bad. These guys have the best prices around. If they weren't cheats/liars/swindlers, it would be an unbeatable deal. |
IN My OPINION, there is something not right about them. whenever I called to check on my product being made, I always got the same guy, Danny. Whenever there is a neg post, "Danny to the rescue" comes along and posts how sorry he is. Maybe less time spent scouring the net for negs, and more time building computers. It is quite a sham, when one calls IN PERSON to compalin they get people who sound anything BUT sorry, and NO apologies. Ahhh...but when the compaliner goes PUBLIC, That is when the "well meaning " apologies come out. And all those "amazing" reviews from new one time posters that follow a neg....just seem a bit to well timed and similar.
All it would have taken , as I said in my review that they had deleted, was to just listen to my complaint without cutting me off, and at least sounding like you cared! If that happened, I may have been here writing good things about them on a cyberpower rig instead a competitor brand.
