You are not the first person to have that happen. Check out the CyberpowerPC forums. Not only did someone else report the same experience, but ResellerRatings actually responded to me on the CyberpowerPC forum! It really makes me wonder just how impartial RR is... I wouldn't be surprised if one of them hopped onto this thread to respond.
I am awaiting a refund from CyberpowerPC. Danny Lee actually tried to blackmail me. When I mentioned I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company for the shipping that he refused to refund, then he said if I was going to do that, he would not issue any refund at all. I will be updating my review (if it still exists...) after this mess is finally done.
It's really too bad. These guys have the best prices around. If they weren't cheats/liars/swindlers, it would be an unbeatable deal.
