As I installed the ink the carterage leak all over the rollers....I had to bring it back and get a new one...The manager, who I had high regard for, would not even send some one to replace the unit..

I ax for three reams of paper (1500 pages) and she refused....I told her I would never spend another plug penny with them..

Today and then, Micheals, I shop elsewhere....
