I am definitely interested in participating in a class action suit against bb.
I spent three hours in their store trying to get a replacement phone like I had done before when it was broken. I was treated rudely, ignored, embarassed & humiliated & they called the police on me.

Five different people told me they were the "manager" but couldn't help. They even had me call "corporate" I think just to further humiliate me & amuse themselves.

They acted like the plan has always been that way and I am just an ignorant old woman, there were 3 cops to "handle" me & a crowd of people watching while I made the futile phone call.

Today they blocked me from making comments on their "open" forum. They need to be stopped from lying and disrespcting customers.
