Looking for addresses, company names, members names and any contacts known. Web sites, and points of sale would also help. This info is all over the web and I want to bring it togeather in one place. That is the only way something will ever be done.
If anyone knows how to tell when I company was started or where it is licenced would also help.

I realize you are having issues with your order, but my experience with shopsunshine was awesome and I think you are overlooking that fact that they do have many happy customers.
In fact, if you look at their reviews, there is clearly a pattern of excellence.
Something must have gone wrong with your order, maybe you should call them? Errors do happen! I am sure they would be out of business by now if they never finished their orders. So, you should probably rectify the situation before going on a premature crusade to keep them from making an honest living. Unless this is a different shopsunshine you are reffering to, I am sure they would gladly give you a free 3 year warranty for the trouble this error has caused you. That is the shop sunshine I know
