HORRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE"
Despite them pasting the fact that all packages delivered with "confirmation" - it is absolutely NOT TRUE.
And it so happens that my fedex package was shipped WITHOUT confirmation, and the package was lost. fedex said its not their fault because they were simply instructed to drop the package
Before I left for Holiday vacation, filled CSR web form to make inquiry with buydig.... NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I did this while waiting for official claim with Fedex
Came back from Holiday vacation. Got a negative claim from fedex (same reason above). Called Buydig and they RUDELY BERATED me for not calling them. (i was out of country, fcker). Then they BLAMED me for being inactive... said I OBVIOUSLY made a MISTAKE when filling out their CSR form because they didnt receive anything.
calling my credit card to cancel the charge. F these guys
