Agreed. This certainly smells of someone going to great lengths to pull one over on one of the most reputable companies out there...attempting to prey (pray, perhaps?
) on the fact that they recognize and fix mistakes better than most. Unfortunately for him, they recognized his case a little too well, even during the busy holidays.
I've used RR religiously for the past few years. I've made 1 review and one post, due to my laziness (hey, at least I admit it), but I just couldn't let this one slide without getting my $0.02 in!
