They had a good price, I ordered on the net. Promptly got an email confirming the order and it was in process. It said I'd get a tracking number in 24-48 hours. I got nothing more after 6 days called and they told me the item was not available!

This is NOT my idea of customer service. They did promptly refund my PayPal payment and I ordered from NewEgg with no problems and it was shipped the following day.

So if you want to use BuyDig.com, we sure to call them first.
