What I can tell you about them that just happened to me was I bid and won an mp4-mp3 player, that turned out knot to be an mp4 player at all it looked like a nano, I did not expect it to be as good, but this device was unbelievably bad, so when I contacted them about it they said they would put a customer rep. on it but it is starting to look like I will loose the 15% restocking fee,the postage of 18.95 for a 3x4x2 inch package that was 7 ounces give or take. the total was 53.00. I have had very few problems over the years on line 99.99 good, but when a company starts doing stuff like this you realize that if they want to they can just keep you're money and there is nothing you can do except stay the hell off line when it comes to buying stuff.
