That is the same excuse given by other posters from exoticphone.
The
ratings page here at RR gives them a 1.82/10 rating. And, yes they must give a order/invoice number when submitting a review.
The
BBB report says,

EDIT:
After looking through your
reviews at PhoneScoop. I see 16 reviews for phones going back to 16FEB2005. All of these reviews are for products, mobile phones, and none are for a website/business.
