Memory Suppliers called me and explained to me why I didn't get the exact compact flash card I had ordered. They were all out of stock and had not updated their web site. They shipped me a substitute memory card which I did not want. Memory Suppliers has now re-credited my VISA account for the purchase price and the two additional return postage costs.

They told me that they had gone back and searched their warehouse for the specific Lexar Media Pro Series 1G 40X with WA and found a couple of 512MB Lexar Media Pro Series compact flash cards which they will ship me at no charge due to the inconvenience I had received.

The phone call I received was very professional and I believe that they wanted to correct my problem as soon as they were made aware of it.
