Refunded Money
Well, I guess it took this thread, but they finally responded and gave me my money back.
They were very professional and accommodating this time.
I think they would have spared themselves a ton of damage control and time wasted had they made things right a lonnnnnnng time ago.
I feel badly that I had to do this to get a response but I did get my money back.
