Hey, everyone,
My experience with fotoconnection.com is similar to yours. They are
unscrupulous and don't care anything about their customers. So
complaining does no good. I even emailed John Silver, president
of the company (or so they tell me) and no response. I was too eager
to save money on a Canon HV30 camcorder. I'd gladly spend $150 more
for customer respect and trustworthiness. These people are BAD!
