The reviews mentioned at HardOCP are at least two years old,Alienware would never get that high a rating now.They were slipping badly before Dell bought them,now it's even worse.There are builders out there far superior in workmanship and customer service at a fraction of what Alienware charges.What you get from them is Falcon Northwest prices for CyberPower quality and service.
