If you have a problem getting action through their customer support,you might try posting on [H]ard Forum about your situation,I know VM has representatives who respond to customers with problems there,sometimes people get positive results that way when other avenues fail.I guess they know a lot of potential customers for high end systems frequent the site,so they want to present a positive image.As far as Dell goes,I don't have a very high opinion of them,their cheaper systems use low end components and their customer support is horrid.Their only decent systems are the XPS line,and they're outrageously priced.
