It is my experience that Velocity Micro has great after sale support.

I also had a bad power supply........ a bad video card..... a bad floppy drive/USB/Firewire thingy.... and hopefully nothing else.

Velocity Micro is a company that I want to say good things about. When they get a bad review, they always reach out to make it right. I really appreciate this.

They did an incredible wiring job on my machine, which I paid extra for, which was completely hosed when my maladroit fingers put in the new power supply.

I think it's possible that any computer from any maker will come in as a dud or a lemon. I think I bought the proverbial car made on Friday, and perhaps that's how it is for you. I may see about shipping this lemon back, or I may just forgo the hassles. I don't use the floppy, USB, or firewire stuff anyway! Besides, it looks like it's hooked to the motherboard by some strange mojo.
