I just called my credit card company. They immediately put the $349.99 charge on dispute and they will send me a form to send back, and then they'll begin an investigation. I let them know about the ticket, but they didn't ask any questions whether I already tried to resolve the issue directly with fotoconnection or anything: not sure it's good or not, but anyway...

I will try to call fotoconnection tomorrow, since they keep closing my ticket.

BTW, did you know that their ticket system is PUBLIC? I could post the link to mine. There's no login mechanism, anyone can reopen and modify the ticket! Can you believe it? It's a joke.
