If you paid via credit card, file a complaint with your credit card company. Tell them that you are disputing the charge as you received a product that was not as promised. They advertised the USA model for $225, charged you $290, and then sent you a grey market model. At best, your credit card company will refund your money and if Fotoconnection doesn't respond you might end up with the camera to keep.

Make sure you also file a complaint with the BBB to get another complaint on record. And if you haven't, write a review for Fotoconnection here.
