Location had nothing to do with my experience. I wasn't even able to get my phone "re" activated. It was sent to me disconnected since they canceled the original credit card authorization and then wanted to charge me twice the original invoice and then marked my account for non-payment. No one at Sprint was able (or willing) to correct the issue.
