Thanks frostbitetwice, but I still give the RIAA the vote for the worst!
What a bummer, though. I was really looking forward to my PPC 6800. And two in a row, as I returned my Ocean since it was way too buggy. But Helio's customer service was fantasic. I almost felt bad returning it they were so nice...whereas with Sprint I just hated having to give up my 6800 and pull the ripcord. I can't justify continuing with them if this is how we're going to start off.
Looks like I'll just hang loose with T-Mobile for a while, out of contract, worn out phone, and the bitter taste that remains from the $250 rebates I never received and am now involved in a class action lawsuit for.
I'm getting so sick of the way "business" is being done so commonly. It's getting way to hard too get what you paid for in this country.
