Well, Andy I still have not received a reply and I know my messages are being read thanks to read receipt. I did by the insurance “ CUSTOMER DECLINED INSURANCE” That is why I paid $250.00 more and what about the “58mm Titanium .45x Wide Angle Lens” and the extra SD cards I do not see them in the receipt? The way I understand it when I bought the camera it came with 3 day shipping and extra memory before I upgraded. Bobby told me if I got the 5 year warranty he would upgrade the shipping, upgraded lens, memory, insurance, better battery and give a few extras with it. If this is not the case please give me a refund ASAP because I do not like being deceived. The 5 year warranty is only worth $60 and insurance is not going to cost $40.00. Please fix this and thanks for your time.
