Understand, but at this time this case, IMO, is still in the hands of the
Office of the Attorney General of Georgia. Until all the complaints reach a monetary value of at least $700,000. Then the Fed might get involved. Otherwise you are still in State court, Georgia in this case.
And when I say $700,000, I mean all consumer complaints combined. Don't get me wrong, there are other factors, but this is the main one.
