Still you dont get my point!
I understand that laptops are not flawless. And yes I am talking about a laptop. ANd also I know Dell aquired Alienware but that means nothing to me because their customer service blows! It does and that is my point . I like the point that frostbitetwice because its true. If I had to email the president of AW to get well deserved customer service, something is not right. Come on dude, I could send you pics of the so called graphics card I received from them. It didnt even looked refurbished! The QA stickers where broken and the metal plate was falling off with thremal paste all over it!
I understand that it wont run flawless but when the darn thing breaks, I expect to receive the support I paid for. Not the crappy support I received.
Thats the point I am trying to send.
