You know, I'm not responsible for alienware. I haven't had a picture perfect experience with them, but I have had few perfect experiences with ANY company. My bank is about the only company in this world that I actually believe I can rely on, and I know plenty of people with other banks who can't say that (and won't say that either). I have purchased 2 alienware laptops, and both have functioned as well as I expect any laptop to function, especially considering the original laptop I purchased I have dropped so many times that I actually broke the plastic battery retainer clip. The machine still works fine, a small piece of tape keeps the battery in place.
Please learn to think for yourself, and judge things with an objective prudence and not a lot of irrelevant emotional garble. Believe it or not,t he world isn't perfect, and EVERY company wants you to think their product is, in fact, the best (ahem.. I think apple's claim that their computers never crash is evidence to this point).
So, if you don't have an experience to share, you're not helping. If you do have an experience to share, do so. But it is not the point of this forum to tell someone their experience is wrong simply because you had a different one. I'm probably the only one claiming a good experience with alienware because they fixed my original issue in a timely manner after arriving at this site. The folks who bought an Alienware and had no problems aren't out looking for a site to complain about alienware because they have no problems whatsoever. Then there's everyone who does have problems, they end up here, and some actually believe alienware, dell, gateway, HP, seagate, fujitsu.... whoever, is the worst company ever because they had a bad experience.
I'm done, have a good life.
