I don't find anything on their site that makes them appear fraudulent.

It is curious they claim exoticphone.com has been in business since 1999 but the Whois record indicates the domain name was registered in 2004. According to the BBB record, their mother corporation was formed in 2003.

I would recommend that they clear up this discrepancy.
