well... i've never seen a cracked screen, but i really, really don't think that is the case here. I probably didn't explain it clearly enough... it looks like a smudge almost... (sort of like when you kick a black soled shoe on the floor of a gym or something like that)
anyway, does that help at all with your diagnoses??
